Kevin Healy is the President and CEO of Exel International, a visionary leader known for his agility and commitment to driving industry innovation. With a remarkable ability to unite teams under a shared vision, Kevin partners with Chief Operations Officer Toan Tran to shape and execute strategies that continually enhance the company’s impact and reach.
Kevin’s extensive industry experience spans over 25 years across customer service, industrial sales, marketing, and senior management roles in the electrical component manufacturing sector. Under his leadership, Exel has successfully expanded its global sales and marketing presence, reorganized its manufacturing operations for greater efficiency, and strategically acquired an electroplating facility to bolster production capabilities.
Before joining Exel International, Kevin held several management positions that underscored his talent for seizing market opportunities and addressing complex operational challenges. A firm believer in collaboration, he emphasizes the importance of fostering partnerships to develop innovative solutions that improve customer performance and drive competitive advantage.
Toan Tran is the Vice President and COO of Exel International, recognized for his inventive approach and commitment to operational excellence. Known for his creativity in problem-solving, Toan has a unique ability to address manufacturing challenges with innovative solutions.
With over 30 years of technical and managerial experience in the copper and electrical components manufacturing industries, Toan has driven transformative advancements at Exel. He is the architect behind Exel’s proprietary manufacturing and fabrication technologies, and his leadership in implementing lean manufacturing principles has significantly boosted the quality and capacity of the company’s operations.
Prior to his role as COO and co-owner at Exel, Toan held various technical and managerial positions that honed his skills in process optimization and operational strategy. Committed to lifelong learning, he actively pursues professional development through industry research and conference participation, ensuring that Exel remains at the forefront of technological and operational innovation.
