As Vice-President of Sales for Exel International, Phil manages and oversees all new business development and Sales at the National and International level for Exel.
He prides himself on being extremely organized and dependable. He’s been able to achieve success in managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Phil is always willing to take on more responsibilities if it will help his team and organization meet its objectives.
He continuously looks for new sales opportunities to increase sales goals and profitability. He develops proven strategies to gain market share.
He is also very proud to have implemented an environment to foster the development of the sales team through mentoring and coaching.

JACINTHE LEBLOND

As Sales Manager, Jacinthe is focused on driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Exel International’s market presence. She leads the sales function with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and tailored solutions that meet their needs.
She is responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategies to increase revenue, and supporting the customer service team in delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Jacinthe works closely with clients to understand their requirements, while ensuring alignment with Exel’s quality standards and operational excellence.
Jacinthe brings a strong background in customer service, having previously held roles in the financial and medical services sectors, as well as serving as Customer Service Representative and later Customer Service Supervisor at Exel before advancing into her current leadership role in sales.
She is appreciated for her determination, dedication, and leadership skills.

As a Customer Service Representative Chanel’s role is to ensure exceptional customer service is given to our customers as front-line service representatives for all inbound enquiries about products and services at Exel.
Chanel previously worked in customer service roles in a variety of fields. Chanel is determined, dynamic and possesses a great sense of initiative.

JEAN-PHILIPPE PATRY
Quality Assurance Director
Bio
As Quality Assurance Director, Jean-Philippe oversees and manages all quality assurance (QA) activities. He provide hands on administration support and management of Exel International’s Quality Systems and ensures compliance with the Quality Plan.
He oversees quality management and training, ensuring that Exel International continuously have and implement appropriate policies, procedures and infrastructure to produce high-quality electrical components.
Jean-Philippe thrives working in a team environment and goes above and beyond to achieve our goals.

Joé Lefebvre
Buyer
Bio
Joé Lefebvre has been an integral part of Exel International for the past five years, previously managing logistics and now serving as a Buyer. In his new role, Joé is responsible for overseeing procurement processes, ensuring that materials and components essential for Exel’s production are sourced efficiently and meet the company’s standards for quality and reliability.
Joé works closely with the production planning team to manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries, all while optimizing costs and maintaining a smooth supply chain. His ability to navigate the complexities of procurement helps to ensure the success of Exel’s manufacturing operations.
With a strong background in logistics and a comprehensive understanding of the Electrical Component manufacturing industry, Joé brings determination, adaptability, and sharp problem-solving skills to the role. His expertise and commitment to maintaining Exel’s core values ensure that procurement activities are always aligned with the company’s objectives.
